My husband has been charged with and assault by the police. I would like to withdraw the charges. He grabed me by my arm so I would not leave the apt, that is when I called for the police. Can I withdraw the charges, as he is a good men. He has no canadian status and I do not want him to get deported. Please help. How do I go about it once I meet with the witness worker and consellor.
