Otherwise you're making fools out of the rest of us RESPONSIBLE motorists! And one day it will happen to YOU and you will be PISSED! My collector car was recently totalled by an uninsured driver. To add insult to injury this guy was in a german luxury SUV!! How can you afford that and NOT afford insurance??!! Now *I* have to sort all this out with *MY* insurance company and probably take a stupid-low value for the car. Or I have to sue the guy personally. Do *I* have endless time to do research NO!, I don't. Do *I* have endless time and money to hire lawyers? NO!, I don't. So be RESPONSIBLE! Get insurance! One day it will be YOU on the receiving end and you WILL be pissed off! Look, all you people without insurance and fancy excuses: GET INSURANCE and DON’T drive without!!!! Any advise or anything you can do other than getting a deal in pre trial? please let me know. Thanks. I also called my insurance company in the same time police caught me and changed my insurance to my old car which i was driving.
