i was accussed of a DUI back in Nov 2007, and still awaiting my court date. I am concerned of the capabilty of my current laywer and the recent cahnges to the judicail system regarding this matter. I blew almost double the limit, and understand the difficulties in having the case dismissed. I was just looking to get as reduced a sentence as possible, considering this is my first offence. I was looking for options and hoping that you can help.
