<description>Theres an old saying about stats, have 2, you can make a line, have 3 and theres a trend. Frankly they are mismatching stats to match there agenda, and while it makes for good politics, it is not fact. First, this correlation does not prove cause and effect, and second, it is not a big enough sample, things can vary very much between 1 year and another due to simple factors such as weather, gas prices, the way the wind is blowing for gods sakes could effect the stats for one year vs the last.

Come back and tell me what the stats are for 5-10 years of this law is in effect, and tell me stats and *prove cause and effect*, not simplly correlation which could be due to other factors. Then come talk to me about how its working so great(which it won&#039;t be). Hopefully though we won&#039;t ever have tje stats for this due to the laws being thrown out due to being unconstutional.
